● The Expats’ Clarity Starter can be used to get unstuck with ONE main problem: you feel lost on your career direction and don’t know where to start, oryour applications are being ignored, oryou’re getting interviews but no offers.
● 3 x 1:1 sessionsof career coaching, or live feedback on your CV, LinkedIn, and cover letters, or preparation and mock interviews (always including mindset and proven insider tips).
● Depending on where you are now, by the end of our time together, you’ll either have complete clarity on the right well-paying and fulfilling roles for you, be ready to send stronger applications, or know exactly how to highlight your value and stand out during interviews, speeding up your job search.
Please note: this package is designed to get you unstuck and assist you during one of those three key phases of a career change. If you’re after more in-depth support along every step of your job search (including resources and direct access in-between sessions), my two other packages would be a better fit for you.

● 8 x 1:1 sessions spread out over 2 or 4 months, personalised workbooks and templatesto see results faster, and high-touch email + Telegram support for accountability and to tackle any concerns or challenges that come up.

● Custom and realistic plan to send targeted job applications based on your schedule, that you can update and share with me for extra accountabilityand motivation.
● Up to 5 in-depth mock interviews for a specific job role (from the initial recruiter screen to answering the CEO’s questions) so that you can move across the entire hiring process with rock-solid confidence.
● Bonuses: introduction to recruiters and professionals in my network (whenever applicable), option to delay our interview preparation for up to 2 months if you’d rather base it on specific job offers, and nailing your exit strategy to leave on excellent terms and secure strong references.

Career coaching is an investment, for sure.
If someone genuinely hasn’t got enough savings aside, it wouldn’t be the right next step for them.
But to put it into perspective: what’s the “cost” of staying stuck in an unfulfilling job, continuing to jump ships only to find yourself in the same situation, and wasting your limited free time on fruitless job search?
Leaving a dissatisfying role behind and starting a new, more aligned chapter abroad is priceless, especially when you get there faster and more confidently.
But on top of that, my clients tend to make their investment back by learning to negotiate their salary or landing higher-paying roles with better benefits and bonuses.

I heard this from so many clients and even in my own head, when I felt stuck in Italy: “It’s impossible”, followed by all kinds of excuses.

When it comes to changing jobs or countries, what matters most is your mentality, strategy, and drive, not the date on your birth certificate.
For example, most of my clients are 30+ (like Piotr, a Polish professional based in Germany who changed industries and landed a top travel job in the Netherlands), and one was 50+ when we completely transformed his approach to job search.

Wouldn’t it be crazier (or better, unfair) to spend 20+ years feeling like you’re wasting your time and potential? To do what others expect of you while pushing through and living for the weekend?
First of all, ‘safe jobs’ are rarely as stable as we think.
I was laid off twice, even when I was the only person managing the HR/ Recruitment of a scale-up and hitting all my KPIs in a “stable” and growing global corporation (which took pride in the fact they were hiring instead of firing, not like those tech giants doing mass layoffs…Famous last words, I guess).
Second, you don’t necessarily have to choose between ‘well-paying’ and ‘fulfilling’: your next role can be both (yes, really).
And finally, nobody is telling you to quit your job without a plan B.
But once you get clear on your direction and conduct strategic job search, you’ll be one step closer to taking control of your career and beginning the right next chapter.

Sending lots of random applications is a waste of your limited time: they’re going to be too impersonal and generic to make you stand out.
And if you’ve already been applying to dozens of jobs and only hearing “No” or radio silence, doing more would only make you feel more frustrated and demotivated.
Instead, take it from a former recruiter: it’s much more effective to send fewer but targeted applications while having a strategy to present yourself as the best possible candidate for hiring teams (beyond your CV and cover letter, too).
For example, some of my clients reached the finalist stage after applying to 5 roles or less, and some didn’t apply at all.
